Energy not received after payment: what to check
Separate an unconfirmed payment, an order still processing and a mistaken receiving address. Submitted, an HTTP request succeeding, on-chain execution succeeding and energy arriving are different stages.
Steps

Open the payment in your wallet or explorer. Check network, execution status, asset, full receiving address and amount. Ensure the hash belongs to this payment rather than an older screenshot.

Check resources at the payment source and expected receiving address. Ask support if payment came from an exchange or custodial address; also check whether energy was used or the package expired.

Contact live support @meidong1999 with the hash, payment address, time, amount, package count and expected receiving address. Explain any wrong-network, asset or address mistake; do not pay repeatedly to try to fix it.
